A personal consultation is the first step for anyone interested in our weight loss and wellness programs. These consultations are complimentary.

During this meeting with our wellness and weight loss coordinator, you  will establish your specific goals and create a customized plan.

The following will also be included in your initial consultation:

• Complete blood work, including cholesterol levels, liver enzymes, kidney function & electrolytes.  (Pregnancy test for females)
• EKG for candidates of prescription appetite suppressants.
• Blood pressure /Pulse
• Exercise Recommendations
• Nutritional Analysis
• Body fat percentage/Body Mass Index(BMI) on our Tanita scale

Weight loss injections at Illume commonly include Vitamin B12, Chromium Picolinate, and B-complex formulations. These injections are typically recommended weekly to twice weekly to support your weight loss and wellness goals.

Semaglutide Weight Loss Program

Semaglutide is a weight loss injection administered weekly. It can be used long-term and is ideal for anyone looking to lose 25 lbs. or more.

Semaglutide diminishes your appetite and food cravings, helps to stabilize your blood sugar levels, and is a non-stimulant. You may continue as long as you are losing weight and not experiencing any negative side effects. Although it can be used with a flexible, non-restrictive diet, Semaglutide works best coupled with a healthy eating plan. Our Semaglutide program is physician-supervised by our board-certified plastic surgeons and includes follow-up appointments with our team.

It also offers less side effects & more weight loss than first generation and GLP-1 medications only.

Peptide Therapy

Peptides are short sequences of amino acids. Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins. HCG

The HCG diet is a restrictive calorie, low fat and low carb diet that targets visceral, belly fat, and incorporating careful diet planning. We use an up-to-date and advanced version of Dr. Simon’s 500-calorie protocol. Minimal to no hunger on this program, exercise is not required, and is great for those who need a jumpstart! On average, fat loss for 4 weeks- 17-20 lbs; 6 weeks-20-25 lbs.

Phentermine Program

Phentermine is a prescription medication to suppress the appetite by stimulating the central nervous system, causing a decrease in hunger and increasing feelings of fullness.

Patients can lose up to 1-3 lbs. a week by taking Phentermine and following a low calorie plan. This short term program duration can be between 30 days – 6 months, depending on patient’s plan of care.

Appetite Suppressant

Approved weight loss medication that with a personalized plan patients can lose up to 4-5 lbs. a week. Weekly or every other week follow-up appointments to help keep accountability.

Nutrition and Health Coaching

Personalized medical advice and customized plans that are tailored to the patient. Plans include meal plans with healthy foods, lean proteins, recipes, supplements, and more. Individualized programs can have up to 3 lbs. a week.

Weight loss injections can include Vitamin B12, Chromium picolinate, and B-complex vitamins. Recommended weekly to twice a week.
