Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring sugar in our bodies that uses water to help add volume. Most patients achieve desired results in one treatment and results can last up to one year, depending on the type of filler used.
A lip filler appointment can last about 45 minutes – 1 hour. You may be treated with a half or full syringe, depending on your aesthetic goals. We also offer our patients a topical anesthetic to minimize discomfort. There is little to no downtime with this procedure, but it takes a few weeks lip filler to completely settle in. - Juvederm Lip Filler  With Juvederm Ultra XC and Juvederm Volbella XC lip fillers, you can now have a plumper appearance or add subtle, natural-looking volume, depending on what you are looking for. Juvederm lip fillers have what is called hyaluronic acid, or HA. HA is the main ingredient used in our Juvederm fillers and is a substance that delivers volume to the skin. Our highly trained nurse injectors will help target your problem areas and help you get the results you’re looking for. Injections take about 45 minutes. The Juvederm products contain lidocaine to minimize discomfort during the treatment. Some swelling and bruising can occur following treatment, however makeup can be applied to help disguise this. It will take about 2 weeks to see your final result, but improvement can be seen instantly! Most patients achieve desired results in one treatment and results can last up to one year.
- Restylane Kysse is a lip filler that adds volume, smooths upper lip lines for up to one year, and enhances lip color. Designed specifically for the movement of lips, Restylane Kysse is made with XpresHAn Technology’s™ innovative cross-linking gel for precise, natural-looking results proven to last up to one year. Restylane may also be used for lip enhancement in patients over 21 years.
- Revanesse® Lips™ + is hyaluronic acid dermal filler indicated for submucosal implantation for lip augmentation in patients 22 years of age or older. Revanesse® Lips™+contains lidocaine to minimize discomfort. Fewer patients reported pain with their Revanesse® Lips™+ treatment.
