This program involves a comprehensive physical exam and evaluation, medication package including appetite suppressants, vitamins and supplements, and bi-weekly follow up with a clinician working directly with Dr. Blake.
From now until March 31, 2019 you can save 15%. * Regular pricing is $300 for the initiation fee and bi-weekly follow ups at $65. From now until March 31, 2019 we are discounting the initial startup to $255 bi-weekly follow up visits will only be $55 along with two FREE B-12 injections to be used as wanted/needed. B-12 Injections normally $30 each.
