About Consultations at Illume
A personal consultation is the first step for anyone considering a surgical procedure, medspa treatment, or weight loss program. During this meeting, one of our board-certified plastic surgeons or licensed providers will recommend the best treatment options and answer any questions you may have.
There is no fee for medspa consultations, including Botox, filler, and skincare. There is also no fee for any weight loss consultations.
We require a $100 deposit for all out-of-pocket surgical consultations with all our Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. This $100 is fully refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with at least a 24-hour notice. Your $100 deposit can be applied towards the cost of your surgical procedure provided that surgery is scheduled within 6 months from the time of the consultation. Surgery beyond 6 months from the time of the initial consultation or for procedures not discussed in the original consultation would require another consultation and a $100 deposit.
All our plastic surgeons offer in-person consultations. Virtual consultations are available upon request.

We offer complimentary consultations for all medspa, skincare, and weight loss services. During your consultation, you may ask our licensed provider any questions you have and they will recommend the best individualized treatment options. You will also receive pricing quotes during your consultion.
Surgical Consultations
A personal consultation with one of our Board Certified Plastic Surgeons is the first step for anyone considering a surgical procedure. During this meeting, one of our surgeons will assess your physical and emotional health and discuss your specific goals for surgery. Surgical consultations are $100 and that fee is applicable to the cost of your surgery if you book within 6 months of your consultation. You can book your surgical direclty online with our online booking service.
Payment Plans and Financing
Our goal is to make plastic surgery available to any patient who is qualified. We accept all major credit cards and offer several patient financing options to make the process as easy and affordable as possible. We offer 6 months of interest free financing with CareCredit on all our services here at Illume.
