Dr. Thomas Kinney is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a member of a numerous prestigious industry societies, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Wisconsin Society of Plastic Surgery
As a graduate of the Medical College of Wisconsin where he served as chief resident, Dr. Kinney has always been passionate about education and serving the reconstructive patient base as well as the cosmetic. He specializes in Microsurgery, Breast Reconstruction, and Head and Neck Reconstruction in addition to performing Breast Augmentation, Liposuction, and Abdominoplasty.
He is also proud to serve his patients with a variety of highly specialized microsurgical techniques as one of only a handful of surgeons throughout Wisconsin and beyond to offer such services.
Outside of his work, Dr. Kinney enjoys spending time at his cabin in northern Wisconsin, as well as giving back on his mission trips.

About Consultations at Illume
A personal consultation is the first step for anyone considering a surgical procedure, medspa treatment, or weight loss program. During this meeting, one of our board-certified plastic surgeons or licensed providers will recommend the best treatment options and answer any questions you may have.
There is no fee for medspa consultations, including Botox, filler, and skincare. There is also no fee for any weight loss consultations.
We require a $100 deposit for all out-of-pocket surgical consultations with all our Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. This $100 is fully refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with at least a 24-hour notice. Your $100 deposit can be applied towards the cost of your surgical procedure provided that surgery is scheduled within 6 months from the time of the consultation. Surgery beyond 6 months from the time of the initial consultation or for procedures not discussed in the original consultation would require another consultation and a $100 deposit.
All our plastic surgeons offer in-person consultations. Virtual consultations are available upon request.
**The costs for insurance-based services, including consultations and surgery, can vary based on contractual terms with health care insurance providers. We recommend contacting your insurance carrier to get those exact costs.

The merger of the two local practices provided an opportunity for our patients to see some of the top plastic surgeons in the Milwaukee region and have the widest scope of treatment options available.

What Can I Expect After My First Botox Treatment?
