Consultation Information To Note
- All medspa & weight loss consultations are complimentary.
- Surgical consultations (not billed through insurance) are $100. That fee is applicable to the cost of surgery if booked within 6 months and is fully refundable if cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hrs. of the appointment.
- All our surgeons offer in-person consultations. A few offer virtual consultations upon request.
- If you plan to bill your consultation and procedure through insurance, the consultation and procedure costs will vary based on contractual terms with your health care insurance provider and are out of our control. We are considered specialists for insurance purposes. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND contacting your insurance carrier first to get those exact costs. The $100 consultation fee is for out-of-pocket procedures only.**

A pre-surgery appointment is the last appointment before surgery. Steps to prep for surgery, steps of the procedure, and post-operative care are discussed.

About Consultations at Illume
A personal consultation is the first step for anyone considering a surgical procedure, medspa treatment, or weight loss program. During this meeting, one of our board-certified plastic surgeons or licensed providers will recommend the best treatment options and answer any questions you may have.
There is no fee for medspa consultations, including Botox, filler, and skincare. There is also no fee for any weight loss consultations.
We require a $100 deposit for all out-of-pocket surgical consultations with all our Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. This $100 is fully refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with at least a 24-hour notice. Your $100 deposit can be applied towards the cost of your surgical procedure provided that surgery is scheduled within 6 months from the time of the consultation. Surgery beyond 6 months from the time of the initial consultation or for procedures not discussed in the original consultation would require another consultation and a $100 deposit.
All our plastic surgeons offer in-person consultations. Virtual consultations are available upon request.

Illume Cosmetic Surgery & MedSpa was founded by local Milwaukee Plastic Surgeons Drs. Mark F. Blake, Thomas G. Korkos, and Christopher J. Hussussian in 2019. The merger of the two local practices provided an opportunity for our patients to see some of the top plastic surgeons in the Milwaukee region and have the widest scope of treatment options available.
Since the merger, we have grown to become the Milwaukee area’s largest cosmetic surgery and medspa practice, with offices in Franklin, Milwaukee, and Waukesha. We are also this market’s only cosmetic surgery practice equipped with three operating rooms. Our Waukesha clinic features a Medicare-certified operating room, and our Milwaukee clinic provides two operating rooms for added convenience for our patients. Whether our patients are at our in-house surgical suites, clinic rooms, or physician-supervised medpas, we are able to offer them the highest quality of care and the utmost comfort and privacy.
