Cancellation Policy

To be respectful to our providers and their time, we require you to give a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling, texting, or contacting us online.

We require a $100 deposit for surgical consultations with all our Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. This $100 is fully refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with at least a 24-hour notice. Your $100 deposit can be applied towards the cost of your surgical procedure provided that surgery is scheduled within 6 months from the time of the consultation.  Surgery beyond 6 months from the time of the initial consultation or for procedures not discussed in the original consultation would require another consultation and a $100 deposit.

In the event of a no-call/no-show or same-day cancellation for all medspa appointments, we will charge $50.00 to your card on file. Thank you for understanding!
