Dr. Lynn Bourn is a Board Eligible Plastic Surgeon with a remarkable healthcare background that has nurtured her exceptional patient care.
Dr. Bourn is a Louisiana native who spent years at the bedside as a registered nurse prior to her medical and surgical training. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southeastern Louisiana University, earned her medical doctorate from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, and went on to complete a six-year integrated Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery residency at Saint Louis University. Her passion for harmonizing Plastic Surgery principles, from both reconstructive and cosmetic procedures, culminated with a Gender Affirming Surgery fellowship from Vanderbilt University.
Dr. Bourn’s goal for each patient is to cultivate confidence building as the mind and body are intertwined. She prides herself on providing inclusive surgical care centered on patient safety through informed shared decision making.
