The past year has been busy for us at Illume Cosmetic Surgery & MedSpa. We’ve added a new location, welcomed a new surgeon, expanded our medical weight loss options, and introduced advanced skin revitalization technology.
If you have been waiting for the “right moment” to refresh your look, support your health, or find a location closer to home, here is what is new at Illume in 2026.
A New Location in Mukwonago
We are excited to now be seeing patients at our fifth location in Mukwonago.

Next-Generation Weight Loss Options
Our Weight Loss & Wellness offerings continue to grow as new medications and research become available. We now provide several physician-supervised options, including:
- Semaglutide
- Tirzepatide
- Retatrutide
- Phentermine and additional wellness support when appropriate
Semaglutide and Tirzepatide remain two of our most popular choices for patients who want steady, medically guided weight loss with regular check-ins and nutrition support.
The newest addition is Retatrutide, a next-generation triple agonist that activates GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptors. Early clinical data show an average 24–26% reduction in body weight at 48 weeks, along with improvements in metabolic health, insulin sensitivity, and markers of inflammation. Retatrutide is designed to boost metabolic rate, enhance fat oxidation, help preserve lean muscle, and support overall cardiometabolic health.
For eligible patients who enroll in our Retatrutide program, monthly pricing (four injections per month) is:
- Low dose (≤ 4.99 mg): $530 per month
- Middle dose (5–9.99 mg): $780 per month
- High dose (10 mg+): $920 per month
Dosing is personalized based on your health history, response, and side effects, not just cost. During your consultation, we will also review how Retatrutide compares to Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, so you can choose the option that makes the most sense for your goals.
Where Illume Is Today, and How We Can Help You in 2026
As we step into 2026, here is a quick snapshot of Illume:
- Five locations: Franklin, Milwaukee/Glendale, Waukesha, Menomonee Falls, and Mukwonago
- A growing team of plastic surgeons and medspa providers, including Dr. Adkins
- Full-service medspas offering injectables, laser treatments, and advanced skin care
- Expanded Weight Loss & Wellness programs, including next-generation options like Retatrutide
Most importantly, our philosophy has not changed. We still believe in honest consultations, natural-looking results, and care plans that fit real life, not just a before-and-after photo.
When you are ready, Illume’s team is there to help you map out the next step, from subtle glow-up tweaks to bigger surgical plans that align with your goals for the year ahead.
